Real estate firm Commercial Realty Group said it is on track to completing major renovations at 111 Littleton Road in Parsippany. The property, a three-story office building totaling 36,289 square feet, was redesigned by Mario Ionelli and Steve Borhio of Borhio & Dewberry.
CRG said it has retained brokerage firm NAI James E Hanson as the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
“Since our acquisition of 111 Littleton Road, we were excited to begin the renovation project to transform this space into a highly exciting headquarters for CRG,” Andrew Billing, general manager of CRG, said in a news release. “Our 40 years of experience with the Morris County market gives us the insight and knowledge to create an ideal space geared towards the oft-ignored small business tenant in northern New Jersey.”
CRG purchased the property for its headquarters in 2016. Since then, the firm added a new facade, a two-story atrium, increased parking and upgrades to the common areas to help market the property.
Located near I-80 and I-287, CRG said the property will cater to modern office tenants by providing amenities and access to transportation.
“It is rare that a newly-renovated building like 111 Littleton Road comes on the market and upon completion, this space will present an ideal opportunity for a business to find its new home,” Josh Levering of NAI Hanson said. “We look forward to working with CRG and prospective tenants to bring this space to full occupancy in the coming months while bringing exciting new businesses to Morris County.”
CRG said renovations are set to be completed by the end of the first quarter.
