Hamilton-based First Bank NJ has leased 11,000-square-feet adjacent to its current headquarters at an office complex at 1395 Yardville Hamilton Square.
The lease signing was brokered by Mercer Oak Realty, a commercial real estate broker in Princeton. First Bank will use the new space to accommodate additional executive and administrative staff. The new space will open by early summer.
“Attracting a regional tenant and community leader like First Bank is evidence of the exceptional location and quality of the newly renovated office space there,” said Eric Rosenblum and Paul Celler, the co-owners of the property, in a press release issued by Mercer Oak.
First Bank, which was started in 2007, operates fourteen branches, $1.45 billion in assets, $1.19 billion in loans and $1.15 billion in deposits as of September 30, 2017. The bank also has 145 employees working throughout New Jersey in Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Somerset and Morris counties and Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
