In East Orange, Eric West arrange a lease for 8,860 square feet at 60 Franklin St. for Heart of Worship Church. The transaction, Sheldon Gross Realty said, provides the ministry a free-standing structure that is over 100 years old.
“There’s no other location quite like the Manufacturers Village complex,” said Weston in a release. “It’s an inspirational place with tremendous character — all of which will only enhance the vibrancy of Heart of Worship Church.”
The location of the property, within East Orange’s Manufacturer’s Village is a mixed-use complex with corporate, arts and crafts studios, light manufacturing and religious organizations. In the 1880s, the site was the home of Seabury & Johnson, which eventually became Johnson & Johnson.
In Edison, Bivona & Co. leased 32,000 square feet from Linden Motor Freight. The transaction was arranged by Sheldon Gross’ Jonathan Glick, executive vice president, who represented the tenant.
“This is an excellent arrangement, both for Bivona & Co. and Linden Motor Freight,” Glick said. “The warehouse’s excellent ceiling height, loading dock doors and close proximity to their existing facility it an ideal fit.”
Bivona will use the location at 21 Distribution Blvd. in Edison to supplement its main facility also in Edison. The property is adjacent to the New Jersey Turnpike and a short drive from the Garden State Parkway and Interstate 287.
