Delaware Freeport inks lease for Clifton warehouse

By ,

Brokerage firm NAI James E. Hanson recently announced it brokered a lease for 22,220 square feet of industrial space for warehousing and distribution firm Delaware Freeport in Clifton.

The firm’s Eric Demmers, Russel Verducci, Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the landlord, PFPM in the transaction.

“Smaller, well-located industrial spaces like this one, although not as flashy as the larger mega warehouses proliferating across the state, continue to drive the leasing velocity of the northern New Jersey market,” said Demmers in a release. “Due to limited supply and heightened demand, a highly competitive leasing market has developed over the past several quarters for industrial space of all sizes. Our team’s experience and market knowledge has enabled us to work with tenants and landlords throughout the market to navigate this fast moving and competitive market to secure the best deals on behalf of our clients.”

Robin Ritter-Ceriello and Larry Casey of Cushman & Wakefield procured the tenant, NAI Hanson said.

NAI Hanson did not disclose the address of the property, but said it is a 68,759-square-foot building with 14-foot clear ceilings and two drive-in ports. The property, according to NAI Hanson, has direct access to Routes 21, 46 and 3, and the Garden State Parkway.
