Senior Associate Art Desai represents business and corporate clients in employment-based immigration matters. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and has spoken at the organization’s national conference on both corporate immigration issues and the labor certification process for immigrant visa.
Associate Michael Bergman first got into immigration law as a law clerk at a New York-based firm. He, too, represents business and corporate clients in employment-based immigration matters.
“The addition of this team of attorneys in northern New Jersey will help to continue to expand our presence in the ever-important New York City area market,” said Michael Marder, co-managing director of Greenspoon Marder, in a statement.
