Sobel & Co., a certified public accounting firm in Livingston, announced it has named Adam Lipkin its newest partner.
Lipkin, according to the firm, has experience leading auditing and assurance departments at the firm and working closely with clients with a special emphasis in manufacturing and distribution sectors.
He also has contributed to the firm's corporate and construction monitorship projects, playing a critical role as member of the Fortress Monitoring Group forensic accounting team assigned as integrity monitor for the construction of One World Trade Center.
“Since my first day at Sobel & Co. I have had the goal of becoming a partner. The longer I have been here and the more responsibilities I have assumed, the more I have realized what a special firm this is – and the more eager I have been to make my own impact and to be a strong mentor for others,” Lipkin said.
“Adam Lipkin clearly demonstrated his leadership skills when he was in the role of Senior Manager at Sobel & Co. in the way he nurtured our team, focused on our clients and embraced our core values,” said Alan Sobel, the firm's managing partner. “Adam not only embodies our client centric culture, but through his activities and philanthropy, including his critical role as a Board member of the Essex County nonprofit organization Spectrum360, he exemplifies our commitment to caring about our people and our community. We are all proud to call him our partner.”
