Brokerage firm NAI James E Hanson recently announced it completed two transactions in Elmwood Park and Rutherford. The firm brokered a medical office lease in Rutherford and an industrial sale in Elmwood Park.
NAI Hanson’s Joshua Levering and Nicholas DePaolera represented RN Foster Associates in the sale of 20 Bushes Lane, Elmwood Park to 20 Bushes Lane LLC. Andrew Somple of NAI Hanson represented the buyer in the transaction.
“The sale of 20 Bushes Lane is the latest deal negotiated by NAI James E. Hanson on behalf of RN Foster Associates,” NAI Hanson said in a news release. “NAI James. E. Hanson’s long-standing relationship with RN Foster Associates extends over a decade with the brokerage team negotiating several deals on behalf of the client. Most recently, the brokerage team negotiated a deal to sell 10 Bushes Lane, a 9,963-square-foot industrial building, on behalf of RN Foster Associates earlier this year.”
The property, 20 Bushes Lane, is a 15,700-square-foot industrial flex building with immediate access to I-80 and the Garden State Parkway. The buyer said it will use the facility to manufacture valves and regulators.

In Rutherford, Randy Horning, Darren Lizzack and Michael Guerra represented 75 Orient Way LLC and Geria Dermatology in a lease for 2,059 square feet of medical office space at 75 Orient Way.

Geira’s new office, 75 Orient Way is a three-story, 23,501-square-foot medical and professional office building within the Rutherford Transit Village central business district and has access to Routes 3,17,22, 46 and I-80. The property is also proximal to the Garden State parkway and the Lincoln Tunnel.
