Developer Hudson Equities recently announced it has selected JLL as the exclusive leasing agent for the 240,000-square-foot office building at 300 Tice Blvd.

JLL’s  Frank Recine, executive managing director; Blake Goodman, executive vice president; and Derek DeMartino, senior vice president, will handle the assignment alongside Hudson Equities’ President Ephraim Hasenfeld.

“300 Tice Blvd. is the premier Class A office building in the northern Bergen County submarket,” Recine said. “Hudson Equities’ extensive plans to make major capital improvements to the office building will only enhance its standing among tenants in the market.”

Hudson Equities has plans to launch a multimillion-dollar capital improvement program at the property. The goal, the firm said, is to improve the exterior landscape, common areas, bathrooms, elevators and amenities. Upgrades to the fitness center and conference center are also planned for the property.

“The three-story 300 Tice Blvd. is located on 20 acres in Woodcliff Lake, NJ off of Chestnut Ridge Road at the terminus of Tice Boulevard,” JLL said in a news release. “The property is located directly off Exit 171 on the Garden State Parkway and offers easy access Route 17, I-287, the New York State Thruway and the Palisades Interstate Parkway. The office building is within walking distance of Tice’s Corner Marketplace shopping center and is adjacent to the Hilton Woodcliff Lake, with a large conference center and restaurants.”
