Developer MonGroup Properties announced its final phase of Jaclyn Heights in West New York has been fully leased. The property, located at 5817 Jefferson Street, added 40 new rentals to the Jaclyn Heights complex and leased up within six months.
Units at the project started at $1,500. Jaclyn Heights is the first condominium project in the state to be LEED, National Green Building Standard and ENERGY STAR certified.
The complex was also awarded several recognitions from the New Jersey Builders Association, the Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association of New Jersey and the New Jersey Apartment Association.
“The company acquired property located on the Northeast corner of JFK Boulevard and West 7 th Street to build a green five-story building with 56 (36 two-bedroom and 20 one-bedroom units) spacious rental apartments,” MonGroup Properties said in a news release. “This property will have an outdoor green roof deck above the parking garage, as well as energy efficient appliances, clean air ventilation systems, toxic free flooring, and other environmentally friendly features to promote sustainability and provide for healthy living. In addition, residents will benefit from the lounge, on-site fitness center, private parking garage, storage units, pet-friendly perks and other desirable amenities.”
