Developer Denholtz Associates recently announced The Lawbook Exchange has renewed its lease for 11,700 square feet at the Clark Commercial Center located at Central and Terminal avenues in Clark.

The Clark Commercial Center is a 21-acre, mixed-use site that has been home to The Lawbook Exchange for 15 years.

“Following our acquisition of this space, our strategy was to stabilize the asset through securing high-quality and established tenants that would provide stable and reliable returns on our investment,” said Kristine Hurlbut, senior vice president of leasing at Denholtz Associates.  “We have been able to execute this strategy through leveraging our full-suite of in-house capabilities which enables us to deliver superior tenant service to each tenant at the property and create an in-demand location for companies seeking a new home.

“The renewal with The Lawbook Exchange further exemplifies our commitment to our multi-tenant diversification strategy which allows us to achieve superior, risk adjusted returns throughout our portfolio.”

Denholtz’s portfolio at the commercial center consists of 10 buildings totaling 283,201 square feet. The developer is also developing a parcel for retail use.

Tenants at the property include L’Oreal, New York Community Bank, Retro Fitness and Kinder Care.

“Located just off Exit 135 of the Garden State Parkway between Central and Rahway Avenue, the site offers easy access to I-78 and the New Jersey Turnpike,” Denholtz Associates said in a news release. “The facility is within a short distance of restaurants, banks, hotels and other suburban conveniences.”
