Industry leaders agree that 2017 is a year for the books. New investments and huge, complex deals are making a significant impact on communities throughout the state--and in some ways, transforming the way we live, work and travel in New Jersey. Despite the state’s land constraints, insiders have dubbed this the “year of industrial,” as developers and builders have pushed the limits in the field.

The NJBIZ Real Estate Power 50 lists professionals at the top of their game whose experience, determination, connections and business savvy are driving the dynamism that is real estate in northern, central and southern New Jersey today. 

NJBIZ Real Estate Power 50 was compiled after interviews with dozens of industry leaders who were asked to nominate colleagues and competitors who have established reputations as leaders and power brokers with deep knowledge of the market, the ability to reach across all segments of the industry and persuade others to raise communities together. The professionals on this list are demonstrate vision, passion, hard work and the commitment to see deals through to completion.
