Real Estate firm Avison Young recently announced it arranged the sale of a 46,000-square-foot industrial building in Bridgewater.
The firm’s senior vice presidents Matthew Turse and Timothy Cadigan, and John Recchia represented the seller, FCI Properties, in the transaction.
“Our Avison Young New Jersey team was the most suitable resource to market this facility because of our overall expertise and deep user and investor relationships in the northern New Jersey region,” Turse said. “We were pleased to represent FCI Properties in this deal and look forward to expanding our work with the buyer who has also retained Avison Young Property Management Services to maintain the property and the grounds.”
The facility, located at 460 Milltown Road, Bridgewater, was originally built as an indoor tennis club. The buyer said it intends to repurpose the space into a training center that will include an indoor soccer field and other training facilities.
Avison Young did not disclose the buyer or the financial terms.
