Developer Eastman Companies recently announced the opening of water safety and swim lesson school Goldfish Swim School at The Shoppers at the Livingston Circle. The 8,100-square-foot facility joins CycleBar and Club Pilates, to name a few, at the 93,000-square-foot shopping center.
“The Goldfish Swim School model emphasizes both safety and enjoyment in the water, which leads to quicker progress,” Larisa Posner, a co-owner of the Livingston franchise, said. “We are thrilled to bring the curriculum and programs to our new state-of-the-art Livingston facility.”
“Located at the intersection of Route 10 and Eisenhower Parkway, The Shoppes at the Livingston Circle serves a growing residential population of more than 150,000 within a five-mile radius,” Eastman Companies said in a news release. “The marketplace offers an average household income of more than $171,000, and the daily traffic count exceeds 39,000 vehicles. The well-maintained property includes 469 parking spaces.”
Florian Suserman of Ripco Real Estate is the center’s exclusive leasing agent. The firm is marketing 800 to 15,000-square-foot spaces at the property.
