Real estate investment firm Case Real Estate Capital recently announced it welcomed Aysha Cox who will serve as a financial investment analyst.
In her role, Cox will work with the firm’s finance and asset management teams in underwriting, valuing, closing and managing the firm’s portfolio.
“Aysha’s wealth of experience and industry knowledge will make her a key addition to Case,” said Chris Mavros, director, principal and chief financial officer for Case. “We view her appointment and our expansion as a sign of our commitment to further serve both our clients and investors. Before joining Case Real Estate Capital, Cox was a supervisor in asset management at Hudson Realty Capital where she managed portfolio assets consisting of REO and NPL loans. Cox also worked as a licensed realtor in Florida with Gulf Gateway Realty.
