The New Jersey chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties honored industry leaders at the Annual President’s Awards and Hall of Fame Dinner held last week.
The nominees, according to NAIOP, were honored for their advocacy and career accomplishments.
“Our volunteers and staff work hand-in-hand on behalf of our industry members, and their success is reflected in our current record-high membership of over 750,” said chapter president Dave Gibbons. “I thank each and every member who dedicates their time and considerable talents to support the vital work of our association.”
The 2017 award winners are listed below:
Patrick Eichner – Avison Young.
Eichner received the NAIP New Jersey Legacy Award for more than 30 years of service and for his advocacy efforts for the chapter.
Stacey Weinberg – Federal Business Centers, Neil Yoskin – Cullen and Dykman LLP
Both Weinberg and Yoskin were awarded the Pillar Award for the example they have set through their membership, leadership and sponsorship.
Greg Lalevee – ELEC 825
Lalevee was awarded the Advocacy award for his efforts to gain approval to fund the Transportation Trust Fund.
Patrick Leary – Gottesman Real Estate Partners
Leary was awarded the Volunteer of the Year Award by NAIOP NJ.
Brian Golden – JLL
Golden was awarded the Rising Star Award by the organization.
Three industry leaders, Jorge Berkowitz of Langan Engineering & Environmental Sciences, Andrew Merin of Cushman & Wakefield and Thomas Michnewicz of Somerset Development Group were inducted into the NAIOP New Jersey Hall of Fame in 2016.
