V12 Data, a Matawan-based audience provider, announced it has appointed Heather Lockhart as chief marketing officer.
In this role, Lockhart will be responsible for leading brand strategy and marketing and communications initiatives.

"She has developed a deep understanding of how to drive growth and implement strategic marketing activities that build brand equity and increase market share."
Prior to joining V12, Lockhart was vice president of marketing at AvidXChange. She was also chief marketing officer for Naviasys. She also held marketing leadership roles with AOL, Disney On Ice and Mobil Oil.
