Coldwell Banker acquires owner-brokerage arm of Century 21 in East Brunswick

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Madison has acquired the assets of Century 21 Worden & Green Realty in East Brunswick.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Former Century 21 broker-owners Ken Worden and Mark Green will affiliate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in a sales capacity. The combined company now has 140 affiliated real estate agents located in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices in Hillsborough and in East Brunswick.

As a result of the acquisition, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage now has a residential and commercial real estate presence in Somerset, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Warren and Union counties.
