At the Two Tower Center in East Brunswick, brokerage firm CBRE announced it has completed 164,000 square feet of leasing activity.

The brokerage secured WIPRO, Christian Dior and the renewal of PNC at the center.

CBRE’s executive vice president Joseph Sarno and senior vice presidents Doug Petrozzini and Jonathan Meisel represented the landlord in the transactions.

WIPRO, an information technology firm signed 50,000 square feet at Two Tower Center.

Luxury goods company Christian Dior signed a new long-term lease for the 19floor of the building.

PNC renewed its lease for 98,000 square feet at the center.

“Two Tower Center is one of Central Jersey’s most recognizable office buildings, offering leading national companies a top-of-the-market experience that enables them to attract and retain a talented workforce,” Sarno said. “Further adding to the property’s allure, ownership has also committed to create a common area conference facility for use by all tenants.

“With CBRE’s wide reach and the building’s robust amenity offering, we’ve been able to continually retain existing tenants and sign new tenants, further cementing the property’s status as the premier business address in the region.”

The Two Tower Center is just off of Exit 9 of the New Jersey Turnpike and has immediate access to Routes 1 and 18. The building is part of a three-building campus that includes another office tower and a 405-room Hilton Hotel.
