At the Two Tower Center in East Brunswick, brokerage firm CBRE announced it has completed 164,000 square feet of leasing activity.
CBRE’s executive vice president Joseph Sarno and senior vice presidents Doug Petrozzini and Jonathan Meisel represented the landlord in the transactions.
WIPRO, an information technology firm signed 50,000 square feet at Two Tower Center.
Luxury goods company Christian Dior signed a new long-term lease for the 19floor of the building.
PNC renewed its lease for 98,000 square feet at the center.

The Two Tower Center is just off of Exit 9 of the New Jersey Turnpike and has immediate access to Routes 1 and 18. The building is part of a three-building campus that includes another office tower and a 405-room Hilton Hotel.
