NAI James E. Hanson, a New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, announced it has negotiated a lease for a 3,200-square-foot flex office building in Saddle Brook.

NAI Hanson's Anthony Cassano, vice president, represented the landlord of 186 Saddle River Road, HRR Realty Associates LLC, and the lessee, Aircraft Interior Services, in the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The property is a two-story, freestandling building with 1,600 square feet of office space on the ground floor and 1,600 square feet of flex space on the lower level. The building is within close proximity to the Teterboro Airport and Interstate 80, the Garden State Parkway and Routes 4, 17 and 46.

Aircraft Interior Services, an aircraft upholstery repair business, is expanding its business with this lease from its current facility in Teterboro.

“Few other commercial brokerage firms possess the deep market knowledge and strong relationships that NAI James E. Hanson has built over decades of operation in the Bergen County market,” Cassano said. “Working with both the landlord and lessee enabled us to negotiate a mutually beneficial deal on behalf of both parties that would enable the landlord to secure a growing tenant and allowed the tenant to continue their growth.”
