By ,

Pennsylvania-based cloud computing company Evolve announced its acquisition of Mountainside-based Clearlogin on Thursday.

Evolve offers cloud computing, storage, disaster recovery and other services to a variety of companies in New Jersey, such as Apria Healthcare and Integrated Health Care Partners.

Clearlogin’s work focuses on identity authentication, providing a secure method of monitoring associate identities across 4,000 common applications in the market.

Evolve acquired the company for an undisclosed sum.

President and Founding Partner of Evolve IP Guy Fardone said the company intended to shutter Clearlogin’s operations in the state of New Jersey, as most of the work is done virtually.

Evolve provides its services to many industries in New Jersey including health care, legal services, construction and others.
