Commercial developers Advance Realty and DeBartolo Development recently announced they celebrated the opening of Steel Works after breaking ground on another phase of development in the Riverbend district in Harrison.
Steel Works delivered 286 units to downtown Harrison while the next building, known as Block F, will deliver an additional 286 units to the district.
“Both the construction of this new building and opening of Steel Works represent critical milestones in the town of Harrison’s ongoing revitalization,” Harrison Mayor James Fife said. “We are thrilled to add these state-of-the-art apartments and amenities to our already vibrant community, and look forward to the new energy and resources the rapidly developing Riverbend district will bring.”
Both Steel Works and the new building are an 18-minute train ride to New York via the Harrison PATH Station.

Once completed, the 35-acre neighborhood, Riverbend, will deliver 3,000 luxury apartments and 100,000 square feet of retail space.
