Denholtz Associates, a real estate development, investment and management company based in Matawan, announced the signing of two leases in a newly-renovated office building in Oak Brook, Illinois.
The first is a 7,187-square-foot lease with The Rubicon Group, and the second is a 4,362-square-foot lease with Clutch Global Logistics. The property is located at the Butterfield Office Plaza, which is comprised of 201,425 square feet.
Denholtz said it recently completed a $1.25 million renovation project at the plaza, which included upgrades to the buildings amenities and design.
