Levin is the property’s exclusive leasing and managing agent.
The lease brings the 91,000-square-foot shopping center to 100 percent occupancy.
Andrea Kyriacou, LMC’s senior leasing representative, arranged the lease on behalf of the property. David Dunkelman of Soloff Realty represented the tenant.
“Wall Towne Center always has benefited from a high-traffic location and a quality, complementary tenant mix,” Kyriacou said. “The addition of Cherry Blow Dry Bar as well as an expanded ShopRite store will strengthen its position as the community’s central one-stop shopping location.”
There are approximately 10 Cherry Blow Dry Bars operating in seven states, with about 20 more in various stages of development.
The center, located on Route 34, includes Wine King, Pet Valu, Ocean First Bank, Elements Massage, GNC, Great Clips, AT&T and Allstate Insurance.
