By ,

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. announced recently the sale of Huntington Square Plaza, a 116,200-square-foot, fully-leased, grocery-anchored center in the Long Island community of Huntington, New York.

The HFF team of Jose Cruz, managing director; Kevin O’Hearn, managing director; and Stephen Simonelli and Michael Oliver, senior directors; marketed the property on behalf of the undisclosed seller.

“The property was very well received in the market and the investment community valued the stability of the center,” Cruz said.

The center, which is situated on 10.82 acres at 3124 Jericho Turnpike, houses a Stop & Shop and Best Buy.
