Commercial brokerage firm Colliers International recently announced it completed a lease renewal and expansion at 325 High St. in Metuchen on behalf of Pro Custom Solar.

The company, which originally leased 35,000 square feet last year, has now expanded its footprint by 18,000 square feet.

“This is an expansion of a prior transaction with Pro Custom Solar, which initially leased 35,000 square feet of office and warehouse at 325 High St. a year ago,” Michael Markey of Colliers said.

Markey, Jon Tesser and Mike Tesser represented the landlord in the transaction. Doug Twyman of Colliers' Woodbridge office represented the tenant.

“This company has a high headcount of employees, and they were having difficulty finding a building with enough parking,” Markey said. “The additional 18,000 square feet of office space will help them meet the demands of their growth.”
