Commercial real estate firm Levin Management Corp. recently announced it has negotiated a 3,500-square-foot lease at 125 Bound Brook Road in Middlesex with McDonald’s.

The firm served as the exclusive leasing and managing agent, and negotiated the transaction on behalf of the owner.

“From a standpoint of demographics, this location is a great place to do business,” Matthew Harding, LMC’s president, said. “The population within three miles is more than 93,000 people, and the property is located on the corner of Warrenville Road and Route 28 – two of the borough’s main thoroughfares.”

In 2017, LMC has inked leases with Morals Village Hot Pot, Cheeburger Cheeburger and Bubbakoo’s Burritos in New Jersey.

“As a chain, McDonald’s is evolving,” Owner Anthony Scari said. “Everything at this new location is state-of-the-art, and I am excited to bring this unique dining experience to our customers.”
