Commercial brokerage firm Colliers International recently announced it has arranged a 181,000-square-foot lease for ASA Apple Inc., a transportation and logistics firm, to occupy a Prologis warehouse in Linden.
The firm’s Richard Mirliss, Richard Madison and Alex Vitro represented the tenant and the transaction.
CBRE’s Tom Monahan was the agent for the owner.
“Our client needed a N.J. Turnpike-accessible location proximate to its other facilities in and around the Port Newark-Elizabeth area,” Mirliss said. “This property fulfilled its geographic requirements, along with above-standard trailer parking, which was another prerequisite.”
ASA Apple leased at 55 Wildcat Drive. The company specializes in overseas traffic coordination and end-to-end process management.
“It is becoming more challenging to find product that satisfies specific tenant needs at acceptable financial terms,” Mirliss said. “Prologis was responsive and accommodating, and this building offers modern, quality construction — making it a great fit for ASA Apple.”
