Sunrise Supply announced Tuesday it has leased 11,000 square feet of warehouse space in Carlstadt.
The 30,000-square-foot industrial building, located at 150 Commerce Road, is owned by Teaneck-based Key Properties.
Sunrise Supply, according to Key Properties, is relocating to the new location from another Carlstadt address.
“The old real-estate adage ‘location, location, location’ rings true when it comes to New Jersey’s warehouse market,” Jonathan Schlussel of Key Properties said. “150 Commerce Road’s prime location and ease of access made it particularly attractive to Sunrise Supply, and we appreciate the opportunity to meet the company’s facility requirements.”
Alan Frankel and Ron Schechter from Team Resources were the tenant brokers in the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The property is situated in the heart of the Meadowlands submarket in Bergen County, and offers high functionality for warehouse usage. The property is also within 30 minutes from New York City and the Port of Newark/Elizabeth, and is within close proximity to Route 3 and 17, Interstate 95 and 80, and the Garden State Parkway.
