Levin Management Corp. has taken over leasing and managing for two shopping centers with vacant lots located in Secaucus and Flemington.

The 306,000-square-foot center in Mill Creek at Harmon Meadow will be helmed by LMC’s Senior Leasing Representative Kyle Farley. The center currently includes Kohl’s, Babies R Us/Toys R Us, T.J. Maxx and Bob’s Discount Furniture.

The leasing company intends to find a new tenant for the 47,260-square-foot space previously occupied by Sports Authority.

The 240,000-square-foot center in the Flemington Marketplace will be managed by Senior Leasing Representative Andrea Kyriacou. The property, at the intersection of route 202, 31 and 12, includes Kohl’s, Michaels and Burlington Coat Factory, as well as Verizon Wireless, Chili’s, Panera Bread, Hallmark and Cold Stone Creamery. An Aldi supermarket is also currently under construction at the location.

LMC plans to fill the center’s remaining 2,400-square-foot availability and potentially will create new smaller box spaces in the future.

Levin Management already operates in New Jersey communities such as Delran, Freehold, Hackettstown, Madison and Union.
