Commercial brokerage firm Colliers International recently announced it inked five long-term lease transactions at the Eden Wood Realty Corp.-owned Bedminster corporate campus.

The brokerage was named the exclusive agent for the property, located at 1 & 2 Crossroads, in March.

“This property’s location and quality have always distinguished it among peer buildings in Somerset County,” Richard Mirliss, who is heading the assignment on behalf of Colliers, said. “Now the ownership is introducing an amenities program at a level typically associated with larger properties, making 1 & 2 Crossroads stand out even more as a go-to choice for small- and mid-size tenants.”

Mirliss leads the assignment alongside Alex Vitro, Jack Callahan and Richard Madison.

Full transactions listed below:

  • Zelis Healthcare renewed and expanded its full-building lease at 2 Crossroads Drive. Larry Martin of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant in the transaction.
  • Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Co. relocated and expanded its footprint within 1 Crossroads Drive. JLL’s Chris Ostop represented the tenant.
  • Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP leased space at 1 Crossroad Drive. Newmark Knight Frank’s Ann Klein and Jeff Kolodkin represented the law firm in the transaction.
  • Merrill Lynch Wealth Management extended and expanded its lease at 1 Crossroads Drive. Jeff Babikian of CBRE represented tenant.
  • Merck renewed its lease at 1 Crossroads Drive. Jodie Matthews of JLL represented the tenant.

“The 1 & 2 Crossroads campus offers visibility from I-287, and is near I-78 and Route 206,” Colliers said in a news release. “The property is just a 30 minute-drive from Newark Liberty International Airport and less than one hour from New York City. Proximity to a deep white-collar labor pool; affluent demographics; and abundant shopping, dining and lodging options contribute to its appeal.”

In total, Colliers was involved in 90,000 square feet of lease activity at the 150,000-square-foot campus.
