Commercial real estate firm Levin Management Corp. recently announced it has signed six leases with wireless operator T-Mobile across its management portfolio in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Joseph Lowry, the firm’s senior vice president of leasing and acquisitions, said the leases underscore the firm’s work with national retailers.
“We have more than 1,000 different tenants throughout our 95-property portfolio, and we maintain successful relationships with prominent national and regional chains, as well as many local retailers,” he said. “As such, we often are able to advise them on additional opportunities that meet their needs, within our portfolio.”
T-Mobile signed for 2,600 square feet at Hamilton Plaza in Hamilton Township, 2,400 square feet at Fairground Plaza in Mount Holly, 2,000 square feet at Rutgers Plaza in Franklin Township, 1,900 square feet at Hartford Corners in Delran and 1,500 square feet at Twin City Shopping Center in Jersey City.
The wireless operator also signed for 1,065 square feet at Fairlane Village Mall in Pottsville, Pennsylvania.
“In general, leasing activity in primary markets has been very active, and we have been able to benefit from the expansion of several key brands,” Lowry said.
Levin said in the last 18 months, national retailers like AutoZone, Panera Bread and Jersey Mike’s Subs, to name a few, have become repeat clients.
