Commercial real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson recently announce it brokered several leases of industrial-flex space at the Van Brunt Business Center in Englewood.

The firm’s Ken Lundberg, Steve Pastor and Patrick Lennon represented the landlord, West Forest Avenue Industrial, in the transactions.

They include:

  • DY Imports leased 12,500 square feet at 49-53 Smith St.;
  • Lotte Global Logistics leased 7,500 square feet of space at 29 Smith St.;
  • Ami Bijoux leased 5,000 square feet at 14 W. Forest Ave.;
  • Harvest Wholesale Imports renewed its lease for 5,000 square feet at 17 Smith St.

“Our clients needed suitable spaces to house their quickly growing distribution businesses while maintaining immediate access to New York City and the markets surrounding the area,” Lundberg said.  “We were able to negotiate a lease renewal on behalf of one of them and find the remaining three ideal, larger spaces in the same office park to ensure seamless and easy moves for the companies. Our market knowledge and expertise enabled us to quickly execute these deals on behalf of the landlord and ensure that Harvest Wholesale Imports, Lotte Global Logistics, DY Imports and Ami Bijoux could continue their operations at the Van Brunt Business Center.”

The Van Brunt Business Center is located less than 10 minutes from New York City via the George Washington Bridge and has proximal access to Route 4, Interstate 80, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Palisades Parkway.
