Livingston-based commercial real estate firm Eastman Companies recently announced it saw over 30 transactions totaling 120,000 square feet of new leases and renewals during the first half of 2017.
“The volume of transactions completed highlights the intrinsic value tenants find in our well-located, amenity-rich office and retail portfolio,” Michael Schofel, Eastman’s co-managing partner, said.
Significant transactions are listed below:
Sobel & Company renewed and expanded its headquarters to more than 28,000 square feet at Presidential Center.
PKF O’Connor Davies LLP renewed its 4,600-square-foot lease at Presidential Center. CBRE’s Sean Morley negotiated the lease.
Reprogenetics LLC expanded by 20,000 square feet at Regent Park. JLL’s Andrew Zezas brokered the lease.
New York Life leased 6,000 square feet at Eisenhower Plaza. JLL’s Derek DeMartino, George Gemelos and Nicole Tiger negotiated the lease.
“We expect this positive momentum to continue, and anticipate more new tenant leases and expansions in the second half of 2017,” Schofel said.
