Commercial real estate firm Bussel Realty Corp. recently announced it has arranged the sale of an industrial asset located at 930 Lincoln Blvd., Middlesex.
The firm’s vice president, Tony Mircovich, represented the buyer, A&W Properties/Layla Transportation Bus Co., and CBRE represented the seller, Hexicon Inc.
“This was a difficult requirement due to the amount of parking area needed,” Mircovich said. “Since the property sits on 3.31 acres, the size of the site was the driving factor for the acquisition. The new owner will utilize the site’s ample parking for school buses, as this is a permitted use.”
The property, a 14,000-square-foot building, sold for $850,000, Bussel said. The firm also said 930 Lincoln Blvd. is comprised of 1,500 square feet of office space, three loading docks, 18-foor ceilings and offers access to routes 28 and 22 and is near Exit 8 of Interstate 287.
