Law firm Porzio, Bromberg & Newman P.C. recently announced it has hired Joseph Paparo as a principal to lead its real estate practice group.
The firm said Paparo’s extensive experience in land use and redevelopment law will enhance the firm’s real estate and environmental practice groups.
“Land use is one of the most important areas in a state as developed as New Jersey,” Porzio’s managing principal, Vito Gagliardi Jr., said. “As redevelopment continues to be at the forefront, it is critical for our real estate practice to bring Joe on board for his tremendous skill in this area of law.”
Prior to joining Porzio, Paparo was a partner at Hehl & Hehl in Union. He also served as the zoning board attorney for the township of Hazlet.
“I am pleased to be a part of this talented real estate team,” Paparo said “The synergies between my land use and redevelopment experience combined with Porzio’s unique service offerings of environmental, transactional and real estate litigation, will benefit current and future clients alike.”
Porzio is based in Morristown.
