At the 61,000-square-foot Warren Plaza in Washington, commercial real estate firm Levin Management Corp. recently announced it brokered a 4,400-square-foot lease for Cherrybrook Premium Pet Supplies.

The firm’s Jordan Korris worked alongside William Ray from Lee & Associates for the transaction.

“Cherrybrook Premium Pet Supplies is a welcome addition to Warren Plaza, providing area residents with a wonderful new retail option for their pet care needs,” Korris said. “This shopping center is highly accessible from Washington’s two main thoroughfares, fronting directly on Route 57 near the intersection of Route 31.

“Warren Plaza’s convenient location combined with recent property improvements, including signage, parking lot and LED lighting upgrades, made it an attractive option for this tenant.”

Cherrybrook joins Dollar Tree, Verizon Wireless and ShopRite, to name a few, at the center, located at 401 E. Washington Ave. in the Warren County borough.

Levin said the marketplace serves a population with an average household income of $102,000 within a five-mile radius.
