Wawa sells former store in Ocean View

Commercial real estate firm The Goldstein Group recently announced it has brokered the sale of a 4,000-square-foot retail property in Ocean View.

 Vice President John Ostrowski and sales associate John Kelly represented the seller, Wawa Inc., and the buyer, Ocean View LLC.

“The buyer, Raj Modi, purchased the former 4,000-square-foot Wawa building which is strategically located at the intersection of Route 50 and Hope Corson Road,” the firm said in a news release. “The one-acre property is a prime retail site with convenient access to Route 9 and the Garden State Parkway, and will be occupied by Oasis Market.”

Modi also owns Pantry 1 Food Market in Cape May, the firm said.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
