Pearl Media, a Fairfield-based Out-of-Home media company, announced Wednesday it has promoted two of its original employees to newly created C-Suite positions.
Anthony Petrillo has been appointed chief revenue officer and Jen Lee Almeida has been named chief operating officer.
"Anthony and Jen were Pearl Media's first hires and have been an integral part of our growth and direction as a company," said Josh Cohen, CEO of Pearl Media. "As we continue to grow and evolve our business, their indispensable expertise, creativity and operational talents will be critical as we push the boundaries of Out-of-Home media."
Petrillo will be responsible for the strategy and direction of revenue growth and client services. He will work directly with the executive team to develop policy and strategy for the company. Petrillo previously served as executive vice president.
Almeida will be responsible for managing company-wide operations, both internal and external, with a focus on asset development and growth. She will still retain the job duties of her previous role — executive vice president, operations — where she managed all operations staff and programs.
The pair joined Pearl on the same day in 2009. Prior to Pearl, Petrillo developed movie releases for IFC Films and Lionsgate Films, and then worked for Channel M. Almeida started her career in advertising and corporate marketing at DDB and Clear Channel.
