The Matawan-based talent acquisition company iCIMS Inc. has named a new president and chief operating officer, it announced Friday.
Effective Sept. 1, Ronald Kasner, the company’s chief financial officer, will assume the new roles, iCIMS said in a news release. Company founder Colin Day will remain chairman and CEO, while the cloud-services specialist will recruit a new CFO.
Kasner, who joined iCIMS in 2010, currently oversees the general and administrative functions of the business. In his new role, the 13-year software industry veteran will oversee centralized operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, talent, corporate infrastructure and product development.
“This is an exciting time for iCIMS as we march toward $250 million revenue and beyond,” Day said in a prepared statement. “We’ve put significant time and investment into building for our future, and Ron’s official transition to president and COO is a critical component to that future. Over the last seven years, I’ve witnessed firsthand Ron’s ability to establish an execution framework by which our company operates, and have tremendous confidence in his ability to lead iCIMS to market leadership within the HR technology space.”
The cloud technology implemented by iCIMS allows employers to better attract, screen and hire employees.
“I’m honored to step into this new role and lead our business through the next phase of growth,” Kasner said in a statement. “Given how critical recruitment is to virtually every business, I see a long runway of opportunity for iCIMS and feel we are well-positioned to win the market.”
