North Plainfield-based Levin Management Corp. recently announced it has completed a 4,000-square-foot lease and is adding Morals Village Hot Pot to Rutgers Plaza in Franklin Township.

“Rutgers Plaza has consistently attracted a strong, diversified tenant base, and our newest addition – Morals Village Hot Pot – is no exception,” LMC’s leasing representative, Jordan Korris, who negotiated the long-term lease, said. “This unique shared dining experience represents an exciting new amenity for the center and a fresh new dining concept for local restaurant-goers.”

Morals Village Hot Pot joins a 47,000-square-foot Stop & Shop and a newly-opened Crunch Fitness at the plaza.

Levin Management said T-Mobile, GNC and Venus Jewelers will also join the 266,000-square-foot shopping center, located on Easton Ave. at Kennedy Boulevard.

LMC is marketing multiple spaces at Rutgers Plaza.
