Colliers International recently awarded members of the Parsippany office the title of “Best Top 10 percent in U.S.” for 2016. Executive managing directors Richard Madison and Jacklene Chesler, both based out of the Parsippany office, were awarded the Everest Award from the company.
“Being ranked in the Top 10 percent of all professionals within Colliers is an exceptional achievement,” David Simon, executive managing director of the New Jersey region, said. “This award is a reflection on the dedication and commitment that these professionals offer their clients on a daily basis.
“They are committed to helping their clients fulfill their objectives and the result of their hard work has led to many long-lasting relationships. They are market leaders, with a deep-rooted commitment to their clients and the brokerage community. We are very proud to have them on our team.”
Recipients of the Everest Award are selected from 16,000 professionals in 66 countries.
Madison has over 28 years of experience and has completed over $1.4 billion in transactions.
In 2016, Chesler and her team completed 2.5 million square feet in sales, including 650,000 square feet in Hackensack and 230,000 square feet in Piscataway.
“Jacklene’s investment sales expertise within New Jersey and the tri-state market has been sought after by institutional, private and foreign investors alike,” Simon said. “She is knowledgeable in all product types and has significant experience marketing and positioning distressed assets.”
