Real estate firm Pierson Commercial announced the completion of four retail transactions at The Lofts at Town Center in downtown Robbinsville.
Sharbell Development’s mixed-use development includes 900 residential units and 200,000 square feet of retail space.
“The development speaks for itself,” Tom Troy, president of Sharbell Development, said. “We’ve had an influx of retail leasing activity due to the development’s success, as well as the area’s high market incomes and growing residential and daytime populations.”
H&R Block, which was represented by David Dunkelman of Soloff Realty, leased 1,885 square feet at 2 N. Commerce Square, while Everson’s Karate Institute opened 3,000 square feet, LabCorp leased 2,258 square feet and Kumon opened 1,440 square feet.
“We are extremely proud to have represented Sharbell Development on these transactions, which will bring new retail options to Robbinsville, one of the fastest-growing communities within Mercer County,” said Gregg Medvin, vice president of Pierson Commercial, who managed the four retail leases on behalf of the owner.
