2-20 acquires IWC Media Services

Bridgewater-based 2-20 Family of Companies, a records storage and management company, announced it has acquired IWC Media Services Inc.

IWC Media specializes in preserving, storing and digitizing media assets for the entertainment and film industries. It currently has more than 50,000 square feet of storage space in New York and New Jersey.

"This acquisition will significantly enhance our capabilities and allow us to provide a wider array of services and technologies. Our organizations share many common values, including flexibility, customized services, and a commitment to building strong partnerships with our clients,” Joseph Fernandez, president of IWC Media, said in a statement.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

"We at 2-20 are excited to add the IWC Media Services company to our family. They bring a unique set of services and a highly skilled team of people that will enhance our offerings. We look forward to building great relationships with their tremendous and loyal customer and employee base,” Doug Mann, CEO of Bridgewater-based 2-20, said in a statement.
