IWC Media specializes in preserving, storing and digitizing media assets for the entertainment and film industries. It currently has more than 50,000 square feet of storage space in New York and New Jersey.
"This acquisition will significantly enhance our capabilities and allow us to provide a wider array of services and technologies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
