Colliers International Group Inc. recently announced the addition of Noah Balanoff to its New Jersey office. In his new role as executive managing director, Balanoff will focus on the existing industrial platform.

“I look forward to leveraging my background and experience in the industrial sector of New Jersey real estate to help deliver that next-level expansion. I am so confident because the opportunities in New Jersey, the third-largest industrial market in the U.S., are unparalleled,” said Balanoff.

Before joining Colliers International, Balanoff served as the senior vice president of CBRE, and an associate director at Cushman & Wakefield’s global supply chain solutions practice group.

“We are thrilled to have Noah join our team and become an integral part of our expansion within the industrial sector,” said David Simon, executive managing director and New Jersey market leader.

Balanoff, a Ramsey resident, specializes in leasing and sales of warehouse and distribution centers along the New Jersey Turnpike, Port Newark and Meadowlands submarkets.

Colliers International operates operates in over 66 countries.
