Commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corp. announced Wednesday it has been named the exclusive managing agent for two New Jersey shopping centers.

The centers, located in Freehold and Hackettstown, total 290,000 square feet.

In Freehold, LMC will manage Raintree Towne Center, a 134,000-square-foot property located on Route 537.

In Hackettstown, LMC will manage the Mansfield Plaza in Warren County. The property is comprised of 156,000 square feet and is located on Route 57.

“We’ve been managing shopping centers on behalf of this client for more than 15 years,” Robert Carson, executive vice president, said. “It was because of this relationship, and the client’s satisfaction and trust in LMC, that we were selected to manage these two properties. We intend to apply our proven management standards to all aspects of these centers’ operation in order to further maximize both properties’ response to tenants and curb appeal.”

Financial terms and client information of the assignments were not disclosed.
