Integra announces key exec promotions

Plainsboro-based Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corp. announced Monday it has appointed three new key executives, effective Dec. 1.

The executive promotions are as follows:

  • Robert T. Davis Jr. has been named corporate vice president and president, orthopedics and tissues technologies;
  • Dan Reuvers has been named corporate vice president and president, specialty surgical solutions;
  • Glenn Coleman, corporate vice president, chief financial officer and principal accounting officer, in addition to his current duties, will assume oversight of the international business.

All three executives will report to Peter Arduini, CEO and president.

“These key leadership appointments reflect the depth and strength of our management team, enabling us to promote executives from within the company,” Arduini said. “Bob, Dan and Glenn are proven leaders who have demonstrated exemplary management capabilities over the years and a track record of accomplishments that have contributed to our strong business performance.”

Davis has more than 25 years of experience in the medical technology field. He joined Integra in 2008 as vice president of marketing and product development for its surgical business.

Coleman joined Integra in 2014 and has 25 years of experience in financial management.
