Two companies at the Heights Plaza in Hasbrouck Heights have renewed their leases, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announced Wednesday.
The Class A property, located at 777 Terrace Ave., is a 200,000 square foot office complex.
The first lease, Nymox Pharmaceutical Corp., a drug research and development company, renewed 4,800 square feet of space. The second, Primerica, a distributor of financial products, renewed 2,850 square feet of space.
Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing for Sanzari, negotiated both transactions in-house. Lee W. Barnes of the Garibaldi Group represented Nymox.
“Alfred Sanzari Enterprises continues to build long-term tenant relationships by maintaining high standards of quality at all our properties,” Jennings said. “We are pleased that Nymox Pharmaceutical Corp. and Primerica have elected to renew their commitment to Heights Plaza, and look forward to building upon and extending the excellent relationships we have established with these valued tenants.”
