Fast-casual breakfast and lunch restaurant chain Le Peep will soon lease space at the Capitol Plaza in Ewing, Levin Management announced Thursday.

The Colorado-based eatery has leased 2,700 square feet at the 360,000-square-foot Mercer County shopping plaza, Levin, the exclusive leasing and managing agent for the plaza, said in a prepared statement.

Gloria Mercado, a leasing representative for Levin, negotiated the lease.

This is the second New Jersey location for Le Peep, Mercado said. The first one opened in Edison.

“Le Peep has a very strong following at its Edison location and this restaurant operator felt the timing was right to expand their market presence,” Mercado said in a prepared statement. “Capitol Plaza’s strong demographics, along with excellent visibility and access, made it the ideal choice.”

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
