NAI Hanson arranges industrial warehouse lease for furniture transportation company

By ,

NAI James E. Hanson has brokered an industrial warehouse lease in Bayonne to a furniture and antique transportation company, Tramo@Home, it announced Monday.

NAI Hanson’s Tom Vetter and Jeff DeMagistris represented Tramo@Home in the transaction.

Tramo@Home is relocating to 99 Hook Road from 51 Hook Road. The move into the 105,097-square-foot space has net the company 63,000 square feet of new warehouse space.

“Tramo@Home is growing, but Bayonne is their home and where they wanted to continue to be based. It was very fortunate that we were able to find a new space and secure a new lease just up the road from where they’ve grown their business for the past 4 years,” Vetter said in a prepared statement. “Jeff and I have enjoyed following Tramo@Home’s success and were thrilled to help them find a space to expand their business.”

99 Hook Road is a 500,166-square-foot industrial building in the Hudson waterfront industrial submarket.
