On the list this week: The New Jersey Devils/Prudential Center and Lindabury
The New Jersey Devils and Prudential Center announced five additions to the organization’s senior leadership, corporate partnership and human resources teams.
National Basketball Association veteran Donna Daniels has been named senior vice president of business services. Daniels will help optimize the organization’s core business strategies and work with key partners, including Fanatics and Legends, to efficiently generate revenue. Daniels will join the senior leadership team and report to President Hugh Weber. She most recently served as vice president of team marketing and business operations during her 25-year tenure at the NBA.
Adam Cross, vice president of corporate partnerships, will oversee the sponsorship sales team to drive new business and create impactful relationships. He will lead the development and delivery of sponsorship opportunities, including negotiation and contract execution, and will report to Chief Revenue Officer Adam Davis. Cross joins the organization after more than seven years at Six Flags Entertainment, where he managed the East Coast corporate alliance sales and fulfillment team. He previously worked sponsorship and sales for the New York Yankees and New Jersey Nets.
Fatima Saliu has been named vice president of marketing partnerships and will also report to Davis. She will lead the marketing partnerships team across all sponsorship activations to ensure seamless development, integration and implementation of long-term campaigns and project-based efforts. Saliu joins the Devils and Prudential Center after nearly eight years at Luminary Management Group, where she served as principal of brand management and marketing strategy consultant. During her time at the firm, Saliu worked with Johnson & Johnson’s corporate equity and consumer products groups on marketing and advertising campaigns that generated global brand awareness and increased product reputation.
Joyce Jelks has been named vice president of human resources and will oversee the continued growth of Prudential Center and the Devils’ culture, including the organization’s investment in recruiting, developing and retaining the industry’s top talent. Jelks, who will report to Executive Vice President and General Counsel Brad Shron, was most recently with Barclays Center, where she held the same title.
Leonard Edwards has been named senior director of corporate partnerships and will report to Cross. Edwards will be responsible for generating sponsorships and managing the sponsorship budget goals for both the team and arena. He most recently held the same title at Ice Arizona, the Arizona Coyotes Member Club, where he led the sales strategy and execution for the corporate partnerships department.
Lindabury announced the addition of attorney Anne Marie Robbins to its Wills, Trusts & Estates Practice. Robbins has more than 30 years’ experience counseling high networth individuals and families in the area of estate planning and administration.
A graduate of Georgetown University, Robbins earned her law degree from The University of Houston Law Center, where she graduated cum laude. She is a member of the New Jersey and Texas State Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Texas.
